All Pre-Booked Appointments and Blood Tests Cancelled Posted on 19 Mar 2020

We have made a list of Frequently Asked Questions regarding Coronavirus. These have been written in response to the majority of phone calls that we are currently receiving. Please check the FAQ page before calling to see if it already answers a query.

To reduce spread of COVID 19 we have cancelled all pre booked appointments and blood tests.

You will be contacted by phone if you have a pre-booked appointment with a doctor or nurse.

You will not be able to book an appointment at reception - these will only be booked by phone- please provide our receptionists with the details of your condition. A nurse or doctor will attempt to deal with your concern by phone where possible

Prescriptions will be not be available for collection but it will be possible to send these electronically to a pharmacy.

Please do not attend the Practice unless advised to do so

We appreciate the disruption this may cause to some but please be patient with our staff as we provide you with the safest clinical care

If you live alone and have a high temperature or fever OR a new continuous cough you must self isolate for 7 days. If you live with others and someone in your household has th above symptoms the whole household must self-isolate for 14 days.

If you have self-isolated for the required time and remain unwell please contact NHS 111 via their phone or online service
